Availability, pricing, shipping costs, and delivery timing must be confirmed before an order is placed.
03. Order with clarity
Only proceed when the products and delivery terms work for your operation. Submitting a request does not charge you.

Can I order products online today?
Our restaurant and café catalog is being prepared. For now, use the supply request form below. We are not yet offering a live foodservice product range for checkout.
Is on-demand ordering the same as same-day delivery?
No. On-demand means placing an order when you need to replenish. Delivery speed depends on the item, supplier, and destination. Same-day or emergency delivery is not currently promised.
How will shipping and bulk orders work?
Shipping costs and delivery requirements must be confirmed for each order. Large or heavy items may require freight arrangements. There is no blanket free-shipping promise.
What should I include in a request?
Your business name, product specifications or brand preferences, quantities, delivery ZIP code, and required date. Please do not include payment-card information.
